Igo Luna installation problems

tried installing Igo luna on 7.1 Android head unit. installed internally and and on external sd card
installed ok but will not start.
When I start Luna just goes out no show.
Any solution?

Appropriate content and appropriate lang/voice files, at right locations

Have installed Igo Luna with Turkey full package.
Maps included.
did not change any part of Luna but will not start.
Same Igo Luna installed on Android 10 head unit, working fine

It doesn't matter the android version (surprisingly, Luna works better than Nextgen on lower configurations)
... if the device manufacturer has crippled the system, problems arise.
It can also be a banal problem - card, system permissions, some small adjustment of the device, etc

Install Luna without save-Folder on other Device

I have tried that without save folder. no change. will not start at all.
May be boki_Srb is correct. the device not accepting Igo luna after all.

Luna cannot be started even if, for example, a specific iGO Primo/Nextgen is or was installed.
Otherwise I had no problems with Luna from Android 8 (tablet) to 12 (smartphone) - as long as iGO_PAL_9.18.27.719974_no_VR_mod was already installed

There you go, Here is my problem.
yes I have Igo nexgen Israel installed on this unit..
Will remove Israel and try Luna again.

Edit:
Now I am getting incomplete folder, missing Igo sd card
