Just wondering why the .JCV filename (D4385000A.JCV) for this map version 2013.30 is so different from the previous .JCV filename (D3058070A.JCV) from the previous map version 2013.20?

GMapTool shows codepage 1256 (Arabic). However, the map works perfectly well in Latin (European) writing (codepage 1252). Why is cp 1256 shown if 1252 is used?
