That's the point i was making when i commented "Interesting is the jpg file:" back in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. I use a proxy and never have trouble with downloading pietu's files. If it says 'you've exceeded your dl limit', I just change to another country. What proxy are you using?

Sorry guys, I have never had a problem. Downloaded the locked files again just now:
Tried again for the unlocked rar with same proxy setting, no surprise that i got this:
Changed country setting (small country = less chance that somebody else has used the same proxy IP for that site), and so i can have have the 2nd file straight away:

Ummhh,sorry.....
I tried from other PC (then another ID)....with 3G (then no LAN)....with anonymox for FF a US (then same/alias proxy)....months since I connect to this PC (then no the last hour) .....then I can not have finished the chips free downloads.....result:
