What is the different between Here with Malfree version?

Navteq now is Here and maps are compiled with Here data.
Malfreemaps are compiled, now with Garmin compiler, like other City Navigators, with data posted by members at MFM forum. This map is not free, but you can have a free version on MFM forum, but free map is compiled with cGPSMapper compiler, no JCV, but updated weekly.
