Example:
If you buy nuvi 3490LMT you will have GTM36 in box
If you buy nuvi 3490 and if you try to buy GTM on Garin site, you can buy only GTM35, no GTM36 available.
So GTM36 come in box with LMT nuvi, GTM35 you can buy it in store, this is only difference that i know.

What the difference between the GTM 35 and 36? As i was told the the garmin dealer that GTM 35 can be only used in China and GTM 36 is for other countries. As I always travel between China and Europe do i need to buy both cables? thanks

I'm in Istanbul right now and can confirm that there is a traffic signal here, but the only info I get was "No traffic reported ahead".
This is funny because in Istanbul there is no traffic only between 0.00 and 4-5AM. All other parts of the day - there is a lot.
Who has been here can confirm about traffic

Hi, Thanks for sharing. I have a old nuvi 760. I can get voices installed using the unlock generator. That's because it only needs my unit id. for this, where do I enter my tmc code? Thanks!

Now go to place where you find GTM ID and click next and enter this 25 digit code that i mark you with red.
When you enter it you will have enabled TMC for this region.
