Is there a way to use the gmapprom.img from a Colorado 400i in Mapsource, I have tried many things but have not been succesful. Can someone with experience in this point me in the right direction.
I was able to succesfully get to the install.bat, ran that succesful as well, but map does not show in Mapsource when I open it.
Do you have the map selectable in the map list?
If the map is selectable then the preview map created by this method is most often created with a high zoom level. This can be changed by manually create a different preview map with more appropriate zoom parameters. The default preview map map is blank/white when zoomed out and you must find a proper place to start zooming in to detail level.
map is not showing up in the selectable list, there is no selectable list option there right now.
which os are you using?
You have to navigate to get to the good.

I am using Window 7

It could be a conflict of two maps using the same FID. I had this problem with two maps both with FID 800, only one was visibly in mapsource..
I used a different FID, is there a set FID / PID I should use, I just made it up.
Also I am using 64bit windows 7 if that makes a difference.
