Can this be unlocked and made to work on garmin 1300?
I have found an android app called be-on-road. It has navteq truck maps and looks pretty good. As I do not have an android device was wondering is these apps can/could be made to work for garmins, especially the 1300 as thats what I have.

I have lots of doubt 'bout the compatibility with Nuvi models......it's an android version............
It doesn't work ,but .happy to be disproved..........

Don't bother. Garmin OS is a closed proprietary system. Trying to get an android app to run on your 1300 isn't feasible. Garmin do make some Android 'nuvis' for Asian and specialty markets though.
