    Default nuvi 1310 not working

    hello all at gps power,
    I have an issue with nuvi 1310

    it freezes at garmin logo. I found few posts on the same topic.
    however, I have another issue.

    I tried connecting my nuvi to mac and windows. it doesn't show up as a usb source.

    can someone please help me fix this issue


    I never got any support from Garmin support center. They don't even reply.


    Please help

    itried it .. but I cant connect it to a pc as Mass storage.

    I dont get that option. can you please guide me ?
