Garmin new map problem with basecamp and mapsource

Hi all,
I have the Garmin Zumo 660 and using it for 5 years without any problem.
Just yesterday I uploaded the new map of Garmin Europe 2016.10 and all are good in my device.
The problem is that I can not see the map (not when I connect GPS device in my PC) at BaseCamp and MapSource.
I followed the instructions for conversion with MapSetToolkit or GMapTool (all new versions) but in the end both these programs of Garmin on my computer and the successful entry in the registry, a blank map is displayed as "Gmaptool Preview" and "Map created with CGpsMapper.com". A Map appears only when entering a Waypoint. When I delete the waypoint the map is blank.
Of course if I connect my Device (Zumo) the map displayed normally. But without the device connected in the PC the map does not displayed. Before all these there was no problem with the map of 2014, which of course was made with a clean installation rather img file.
Please anyone has the same problem and has found a solution if you can help I will be liable.

Put details at max and try to zoom in, but use a pc install for your maps if you want to have a map with all its features, address search included, in Basecamp.

Thank you for your answer but I tried all zooms and nothing. It's because I have only the img file and not full install of map.
