Garmin 785 dezlcam American maps convert to European maps

Examples, on FAT 32 formatted mSD (less then 32GB in size), in its root:
...
/Map/gmapsupp.img
/Map/gmapsup1.img
/Garmin/gmapsupp.img
/Garmin/gmapsup1.img
...

If it doesn't work, then we'll just have to see if @Butters has any magic

You do know that model GPS has 2 SD card slots??

One of maps and one for recording the dash cam videos.

See page 4 for the SD card for dash Cam
See page 1 for map SD card.

What errors do you get when you turn on the GPS.
If you put the maps in the correct place and they are not unlocked you get an error.

If you have put them on the SD card for Dash Cam they will not be seen.

Please go over the manual to make sure you are doing things correctly.......

At the begining, I would love to thank you to both of you for making time to respond on this, I do apprechiate. When I plug up navigation with PC, I can see SD for cameras as well as SD for maps. European map is added on SD for maps as unlocked map like this " EU NTU 2023.10 South IMG UnLocked (2.61 GB) ". Once I start device, it was showing message that maps are interuppted and they are not usable, as well as it shows that there is no instaled maps on device.

I have tried changing maps names multiple times, but it was not succesful.
