Is this map routable? I can't seem to be able to create proper routes on it in MapSource, only direct lines. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

This is TOPO map and is not routable.
It's best usage on PC is with BaseCamp program
For routing use

I do need a topo map as I use it for mountain hiking. It's a shame it's not routable.

I guess no routable topo map exists for Slovenia then?

Slovenian version is same, but ...
You can have them both (Adria Route and TOPO) on device.
As TOPO is not routable, they ca be both active at the same time and you will see all topo details (from Adria TOPO) and will be able to route (with Adria Route).
It's better solution than TOPO being routable, because Adria Route 3.00 is more up to date for navigation.
It works good on GMobile XT

Garmin Adria Topo map v.2.20 - MAC version

Just download the file, unzipp it and 1-click-instalation.

Map is fully unlocked. After installing it into RoadTrip for MAC, you can freely browse it and send map to your Garmin device.

Prerequisites: Garmin software for MAC: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

This file contains GMAP subfolder, which is also Mapsource compatible. Put the GMAP (not GMAPI) folder into location: in XP - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GARMIN\Maps
(in Vista, Windows 7 - C:\ProgramData\GARMIN\maps)
