Garmin新地圖Taiwan NT ver 2009.40 CH+ Unlocked IMG

I've tried installing this on my nuvi 755 but was getting a message saying map no unlocked. Am I missing something?

Just an FYI. In my Nuvi 7x5T, I get Chinese characaters withOUT updating the firmware. This is not the case with my Nuvi 350.
