You have to use the updated Garmin Keygen to unlock many of the 2*** serial numbers or use the old 1.1 as that is where we got the corrections for the updated 1.5 with key fix from, Doh:sauteur2:

Bullshi* if the software is unlocked its unlocked

If you are using a Garmin unit like a nuvi or zumo etc the swunlock is never used as the software is not locked

Just use the right version of Garmin key gen and the first code will work every time, no need to generate more

Please read tread 1 , its explained clear by Flic.

in the c:/garmin directory rename mapsource.exe to mapsource6.15.10.exe
copy this mapsource.exe to the c:\garmin directory---its the last version that will alllow unlocking with keygen v1.5

is there anyway to download the map update directly from garmin?
I think I saw in this forum a post to download maps by country directly but I can't find it with the searches.
