I already have a working copy of Discoverer GB (1:50K) for the whole country, but wanted this map region with the extra detail using the 1:25K scale.

I have downloaded both locked and unlocked versions using a megaupload premium account, and am having trouble extracting the rar files.

I am getting the dreaded CRC failure, using either WinRar or WinZip. I have tried using the option of keeping broken files, without success.

From the lack of posts in this thread, I am guessing that this is not a popular download. Could anyone confirm if they have managed to get this map to download, extract and work on their GPSr.

try jdownloader, may be you have connection problems

Thanks for the quick reply, and for testing the download. I installed jdownloader and downloaded the file again. Unfortunately I am still getting the same results (CRC Errors - Bad Block). I had previously tried on 3 different computers, and using 3 different unzipping programs. I will try and download from a new location in the next couple of days. Thanks again for checking the download, at least I know the problem is with me.

UPDATE

I have eventually managed to extract the .rar file with 7-Zip, and the map is working fine. These 1:25K maps offer great detail, and I am on the lookout for others. I have placed a request in the appropriate thread (Garmin Map Requests)

Are there any mirrors for this file - I am unable to use Megaupload (I think this is a BT Internet issue) - but Multiupload works fine for me.

Hi,

I've walked sections of the Thames Path using the OS 1:50k maps that came with my Montana 600 and have been looking for the 1:25k maps for some time, but they seem to have been discontinued. I have downloaded parts 1, 2 & 4 from the "Zippyshare" links, but part 3 seems to be an empty (0 byte) file. Can you check please and if possible replace it so I can complete the download.
