Could you please let me know if the maps here are for GSM devices or they would work with GPS devices like Garmin 1350T or other Garmins?
JJ
"The real OFFICIAL version was just released today APRIL 22/23." True
"The mapset is from March that's posted here." True. But so are the one's from the official version. All the map files that susieQ posted have the same header dates and file sizes as the one's the official version has.
"The files posted must be the beta version. False
"Besides, the file is not on torrents either." True (as of now anyway).
"I have to say the file is suspect." At first, I did to. But not now (I just compared them with the official version).
"Who wants to take all this time to download and only later to find issues because it's a beta version?" They wouldn't. But the files that susieQ did post, are the same as the official version. Although it does not contain all the files within the official version's "garmin_rmu_cnnant2011_10.exe" file, it does include the only files that you need.
"Please pull this thread until we can get some confirmation please?" There is no need to, I just confirmed it.
"Source too?" I would bet that that won't happen....

I have heard that Garmin is somewhat like Apple and for the s/w to be leaked that isn't a beta is remarkable. So u r satisfied this is the real deal? 100%? I would feel much better if the Original post came from a mod.
Personally, I like/want to have all the files so I can load them onto mapsource.
consider this thread approved by modsI would feel much better if the Original post came from a mod.
geographical map data are 16.03.2010 but the release has the same header of the official one as our friend WknThDg said.released map data 16.03.2010
lol , you ask an impossible thing, I think suzieQ wont reveal her sources."Source too?"
you'll have all the files you need, I can confirm it.Personally, I like/want to have all the files so I can load them onto mapsource
no it's not a beta versionit's a beta version
Dont download ,if you have a subscription as I read in another post here, you dont need it.Who wants to take all this time to download
I'll use this occasion to thanks suzieQ -
I think we can close this topic.
You have to navigate to get to the good.
Galaxy S5 Kitkat 4.4.2 / Nuvi1200->1250 / Nuvi3790T->34xx / Nuvi 2200 / Nuvi 66 / Oregon 600
Ok. Looks like I am on my own on this.
Let me just add one more (final) point. I have downloaded the original (garmin_rmu_cnnant2011_10) from Garmin as a ONE TIME update. The readme.txt file is dated 2010-03-31. SusieQ states her files are from 2010-03-16. The readme file directly from Garmin is later than her files. Perhaps this info will be of help others in deciding to download or not.
I wouldnt expect or want to her to reveal how she got the file, but please tell us if this is a beta, RC, or whatever. Two weeks to a month is ample time for Garmin to sort out additional bugs. I have to say that even if I didnt have the one time update, I wouldnt feel comfortable downloading this as it is very suspect to me since the OP has not provided any assurances this is the final version. BTW. The original, latest (not the 2010-03-16 version) is now available on some torrent sites.
Now, the thread can be closed.

You can check map release date with gmaptool. Load to gmaptool *.img or any *.gmp file from your map, press details and read date of compilation. It looks like this (this is not CNNA):
Code:Please Login or Register to see the links
gmap3d ad eg
official gmap3d CNNANT file downloaded from here
