Just complementing Ballebar�s info, CNBR does not have update schedule. Tracksource TRC-BR has monthly updates and Autoguia claims updates in 20days basis. You could also check Tracksource TRU mapsets that are updated almost every day, they are meant for testing purposes though.

Posting img with multiple maps is now pretty useless,
new Garmin GPS devices can save maps with different names, no need to merge them anymore,

You know if the nuvi 255W accepts maps with different names on the memory card. I know that if put in the internal memory it accepts, but the memory card I think not.
I do not put in the internal memory because I have read several reports of problems like locking the GPS. So I prefer the package with the three maps together. So for me it is very helpful!

It's always better to put merged maps or selfmade maps in sd, if something goes wrong you can remove it without any problems - Originally Posted by sylar9th
