How to use this map ? Alone or with an other map ? Because these map is not very detailled? Many steets are'nt on motorkaart map

I tried but failed; then I uninstalled the map, cleaned the registry, but now when I try to reinstall the map, finds traces of the previous installation and I can not go on ....
