I guess I missed the info on which models this JCV is good for How about an 855?

I'd appreciate a PM or other hint on the workaround - I can provide ASR files from an 850 w/Lifetime... If I could move the lifetime to the 855 I could provide JCV there too....

    TIA!

Not possible to move your LT, sorry, you can unlock map files you have to work in another device.
JCV and ASR dont require to be unlocked.
JCV are provided in different resolution (high&low) to fit different displays, the one posted in the first page has a low resolution, not good for new series devices like 37xx . Should work in 850, but better to test it in simulation mode.
If you can post ASR ,our members would be grateful.
    thanks

Ok, I'll give it a shot - by simulation mode you mean on the GPS itself? The 855 is my travel unit, so I'll have to try a few routes to find one that shows junction info now.

I assume one cannot mix old JCV files with newer maps?

    Thanks!

I've not had a chance to personally test it yet, but I was able to independently confirm that its SHA signature matches that of an "official" one for the 850, so I'm 99.9% sure it will work.

    Thanks!!!

You can use gmap3d from 2011.30, it works fine.

    >strange that it's 1 meg lighter than the one from 2011.30
