None, This is not for Android, except ur device has an gmapsupp.img or gmapprom.img, then try to unrar the file and place the file to there where is the previous map (backup the map first)

So if i want to unrar the file, which format i should select?

With WinRar. Right click on the file and select Wanrar and select where u wanna extract it to
