unpack the rar file and you got a folder and a image file
the image file is for use in device and the folde copy to C:\Garmin
inside the folder is on end the install.bat - run it and mapsource will see the map

If you actually download from links in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] you will get "2385_MENA_12.1.rar". Extract with password "ozboss18" and you have all the files for a reverse engineered MapSource install with all the limitations from such a process.
