(when on a device, they're supplying Navteq). The Sensis version is not available as a 'one-off' buy either, only Navteq. The only way to get the 2013.20 Sensis from Garmin is as NuMaps LifeTime download @ US$159.99. Have a look at the link under 'Garmin product details:' in Post #1. You can't get 2013.20 Navteq as Lifetime download either. Go figure.

Thanks for your polite correction Ballebar. I should have checked the up-to-date situation re Lifetime dl for Navteq. As of a couple of weeks ago, only Sensis was available for LM dl. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] They are still not offering this Sensis version for on-off sale though, as of today that is :
offers Navteq only:Code:Please Login or Register to see the links
Didn't make sense to me at the time that they would offer the 2 versions in 2 different ways, one only as 'one-off' and one only as lifetime. Maybe they will eventually release this Sensis for general 'one-off' sales as well.Code:Please Login or Register to see the links

NAVTEQ works fine for Nuvi 50!
Interesing too that after updating thru Garmin, the "NEW" sensis map won't appear in Mapsource until the "old" version is removed. Previously all map update versions showed in Mapsource. Now the sequence is broken. Maybe Mapsource sees the new update map (2013.20) and the earlier version (2013.10) as the "SAME" map too.If that post by farq11 that you have quoted is a correct assessment, Garmin would be well on the way to getting sued by any recent and current buyers of the downloadable AU lifetime maps,
Sensis 2013.20:
Sensis 2013.10:
test3r is right of course, same FID so same map as far as it's identity is concerned. Seems more data in 2013.10, but that could just be simply higher compression in 2013.20. Maybe BB knows??Code:Please Login or Register to see the links
