I did a reset (erased) on the device, and got the default maps back.
So, now I will need to add the downloaded maps, dogs, etc.

Garmin Maps not loading on Alpha 100
My client has an Alpha 100 TT15, and has brought the device because it doesn't show any map.
The device is registered with Garmin and Basecamp. I have previously downloaded maps to the device from BirdsEye.
It appears that those maps are still in the device, as they appear listed on the System/Map/Map Information.
The map was Disabled. I tried to Enable it. It then shows the Map as ENABLED. However, when I go back to the Map display - it only shows the dog avatars, and a blank (white) screen, and no maps, no trails, NOTHING.
I tried to connect the device to the Garmin Express, with no success. I tried the same with the BaseCamp - nothing.
Any idea, what is the problem?

I would first check also the "Declutter" option in the map menu.
