Garmin Topo Schweiz v1.1 mapsource

The release with topographical maps show , streets and roads, rivers, streams, lakes, mountains and mountain peaks with altitude, forests, railways, etc. Depending on the card are also points of interest listed, such as hotels, restaurants, mountain lodges, campgrounds, Train stations, tourist attractions, scenic points, etc. TOPO V1.1 whole of Switzerland

Hello,
Many thanks for the Swiss maps. Just a question...How do i go about putting these maps in nokia N95 8Gb?? do i have to use mapsource?? naive question considering am lost with garmin..did try to download UAE maps using mapsource but garmin is showing no maps....so a little bit of explain on installation of maps would be welcome.

Been to the link you have posted above. However not clear as yet whether the version of Swiss maps you have posted will it work with Nokia N95 8Gb??
After going thru so much am more confused than ever and a little help in laymans term would be greatly appreciated.

i think it will work fine

you must install mapsource [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

following this [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

and import maps following this flash tutorial(very clear) [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

all these tutorials are made for helping you coz it's impossible to explain every time in every garmin thread

damn... only swiss?? i work in the topography business and it would have been really helpful if there were more maps to it... from other countries

i dont get it. if i copy the FAMILY_703 folder into the Garmin foler and activate the registrationfile, the map is not shown in mapcource.
can anybody help / post a helping link?
