I have 2009 working fine, i downloaded above 2010 unlocked IMG file, replaced with 2009 file. When i turn on Garmin software i get error saying enter code to unlock map..

Are these maps unlocked? do i need to regenerate unlock key and which software i could use?

yes unlock them with jetmouse keygen following the sticky guide on navigation software section

I unlocked the map
And did everything correct!
I dont get any error or anyth at all.
When I use it the soft seems to work fine but the map doesnt give anyth The screen stays black.
And the soft acts like its workin

have you installed basemap and support files? if not go here and put in ur garmin folder

Thanks for yet another quality release.. do we need to install the mapsource, 3D buildings and lane seperately to my Nuvi 765T. thanks.

I have a garmin mobile XT. I loaded the map fine but don't know how to deal with the lane assist and 3d files. Should I just copy them to the garmin folder or I need to do something else?

gmap3d.img and gmaptz.img into the Garmin Folder
D1281010B.JCV into X:\Garmin\JCV

3d or lane assist works only on 7x5/8x5 nuvis

The maps work fine in my mobile XT. All my old favorite routes work. But I can't search for any addresses at all. It keeps saying the State I entered is "None Found". Even MapSource's "Find Places" is disabled. There must be some address database not set or installed. Can someone point me to the problem or solutions? Thanks!

Seems to be missing a file. Here's what I found from Google.

After downloading this 613 verson and unlocked, all the problems were solved. Find places in both MapSource and XT worked.
