Garmin Nüvi 755LMT -->> Garmin Nüvi 3590LMT
For img I think gimgunlock is easier, .unl should work with maps with FID less than 2200, structure is common new Nuvis series structure as shown in post n1 picture+ anyname.img in Map folder. gmap3d.img can be renamed in Map folder as you like, for example gmap3d_CNE.img or gmap3d_CNA.img: usually Nuvi recognizes it. You can put gmapprom.img in sd in Garmin folder too.
For additional files in SD: Everything is usually in internal mem. in .System should work in sd in Garmin folder:
sdCard:\Garmin\ASR\ with .srx and .asr files
sdCard:\Garmin\JCV\ with .jcv file
sdCard:\Garmin\SID\
etc.
You can find all these infos in
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
SP acts like a 3xxx series Nuvi
You have to navigate to get to the good.

Is it possible to plan a route in mapsource and transfer it to streetpilot?
(IE support for gpx-files))
I attempted to send you a PM as requested, but I have not posted enough on the forums to send you one.
Thank You, Thank You!!
#2 StreetPilot_storage_external_SD.apk works in showing my maps. The little testing I did just now it appears to working correctly.
May have to pull my 3d and DEM files off the Nuvi and see it they work correctly in the phone.
Edit: 3d and DEM files work as well.

No .gpx.
Files are in \.System\Trips\xxx.trip
These files are created when you create "routes" (but are not routes, like old Nuvis routes) with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] in SP or you can create them in Basecamp: Menu\Trip Planner\New Trip.
New Nuvis and SP dont support "routes" , but have Trips.
You have to navigate to get to the good.
