TWN region is the best.
I tried to flash my 2465sg/my(swv 2.80) with original TWN firmware(swv 2.50)
Result :: nothing changed. !!
This is inventory page. Notice X-Loader still be 2.80 version.

This can't show TSM 11.1 JCV no matter what modified FW right?
