Garmin 62's Location arrow size Adjustment?
Is there anyway to change the blue location arrow on the screen to a smaller arrow. I would like to put a arrow like whats on the 60cx that is a much smaller black arrow. The blue arrow on the the 62's seem to big for the the size of the screen. I've been searching all the folders on the device from my computer trying to figure out where to edit it and I can't find the arrow location.

No way to change navigation arrow size in 62, you can check this discussion on 62 wiki too

Thanks for the responses. I've searched all over the internet and I have came up with nothing. So you,re right it must be in the firmware. I cant believe Garmin put a arrow this size on the 62's with no option to change it. The 60cx arrow size was perfect.

Hmm....even turboccc tools can't extract the images from the FW of 62...need to be searched manually.

Yeah I also tried to use turboccc and had the same problem.

Ask in the firmware section. Turboccc tools are not universal. Wondering what type of image it is using - bmp, png, srf, lbs...

I tried both, Gir editor and Symbol extractor , but 62 sw isnt supported
may be Turboccc could help like he's used to do

That would be really nice if we could change the arrow size. This arrow is just too big in comparison to the screen.
