Please help whit nuvi 265w!! Firmware problem!

hi! Please help me with this problem, this happens in a nuvi 265w and nuvi 30. Sorry for my English.

Turn off nuvi

add finger in uper left corner of screen

with other hand connect nuvi to PC

When you see in updater window beside USB your nuvi model, click button OK

p.s.
Try with only 1 rgn file in folder beside updater.exe

Does pc sees it now? Cure doesn't boot, it's made to format nuvi.

Edit: it seems to me ,even if you got Updater error, nuvi loaded cure, that's why nuvi cant boot.

No not recognize PC because the updater dont install the cure correctly

Remove all rgn from your folder 2x5W rgn and add only one rgn file beside updater.exe and try flash if this will work, maybe to mutch rgn create your problem.

Do you try this on win7 x64?
Try another pc with xp or x86 system and also try to change usb cable.

p.s.
You can also try turn off and on again your Pc if then work.
