37xx and 34xx have different text file
37xx have this in start: section name=ASR and next section name=BT......
34xx have this in start: section name=ASR and next section name= Audible.....
I will add Warning in post with txt that file is only for 37xx

Yes if you downgrade FW or if you do hard reset nuvi go back in MTP and you must again set to mass storage.
