Thanks Catymag, been trying programs for a couple of days yet no joy. I will try the search as you told me, hopefully I can finally see the map.

I may be confused with the FID and Product code. The map is actually an NT 2009 image file. I used the map id for the FID to no avail afterwhich I use the Map ID for the product code and again to no avail. During conversion,the CGPSmapper don't seems to reconise anything except that it is a marine extended type map. I even tried the 25 characters unlocking code for the FID and Product Code with no conversion success result.

i am using N73M mobile and i have installed garmin on my mobile and i have downloaded the India map in garmin folder.i don't have GPS on my mobile.how do i view that map.i tryed to change it as internal GPS but its not working.kindly guide me....and how do i use the navigator of that map.......Kindly guide me plz.....

You will need to buy an external bluetooth GPS receiver mate. Can cost anywhere from 10 pounds to 40 pounds - the more channels - the better it is. All you do then is just pair it and select it in garmin and enjoy navigating.

do you have this on tour garmin folder, if not download it

What are we exactly supposed to have in the 'tour' folder?

-- There's a lot of literature about installing the aforementioned firmware and it bricking non-intended units..

Any more particular steps to getting voices for Garmin XT? (this is for my E71)
