Hello all, new member here. Just want to say thanks very much for the comprehensive tutorials. I have a Garmin Nuvi 50lm which is preloaded with Malfree and Malsing Singapore/Malaysia NT maps. Since i'd be going to Europe, i managed to load the UK-Ireland NT 2013.40 maps on the SD card. Tested it out, everything's ok.
When i have my Malfree maps loaded, i can go to Where To: Points of Interest: Spell Name , and then type in a specific landmark i would like to search. For example, Sheraton Hotel.
However, when i have my UK maps loaded, i can't seem to use this function to search for a landmark, for example Old Trafford. Anyone has any advice? Thanks.

Try with the GPS receiver off [GPS Simulator set to ON] as though you are going to simulate a route. Then set your location via 'Where To?>Towns' to Manchester, ENG. Then search via Points of Interest>Recreation for Old Trafford.
