There is something wrong with your setup, I've fixed and tested the French voice and it works flawlessly. If you want to use different voice pack you need to ask in that thread not here.

Thanks osiris4isis, you are a god! I was banging my head against the wall trying to get the TTS to work. Then I came across your files here. I don't know what was different, but your files worked!

One problem i am having though, i installed 4 voice files, but they all sound the same. In android as well as iGO, any idea what I'm doing wrong? they were all installed following your guide.
