    nextgen Dutch lang and voice

    Thanks to Bako1970 I translate the Spanish dictionary.voice and dictionary.lang to DUTCH. Tested with Pongo 17-03-2020.

    Do you might know ..how to set TTS dutch files on a Car navigation iGo nextgen primo .. And do you might know where to put the phoneme folder ? Is this necessary on a car navigation ?

    TTS is installed in the phone/device system. It uses a google engine or some of the adequate ones
