Thanks costas3850, I got it working.
I went over and over this post while trying to understand how things worked and I did the following
I used an earlier version of Winzip (from another post)
I took your advice and used
Delete m1 ... m4
Edit :
m5=700..2000,400..1000,"1024_768"
m6=400..1000,700..2000,"1024_768"
when I installed the product, I had two choices, one was to use the package Igo the other was to use the third party app.
I had been using the third party and and chose to use the installer from Igo.
ALl now works, Im not sure which one of the above was the solution but as its all fixed Im not going to investigate
