Prestigio PAP Duo is Android device. It mean that you can install any GPS navigation software made for android you like, or with better maps for your region. Navigon or(and) TomTom or(and) Primo.
Best coverage for Montenegro have Igo, but TomTom is also fine.

Oh, i would like to install a Navigon or a TomTom. But...

When I try to install navigon then it appears this:
"An error has occured. Check network and/or Internet connection".
I read something ABOUT THAT PROBLEM and it says that the problem is because there are two IMEI?
Could you send me a link for navigon for which you think that he could work on my phone?
I tried to install navigon europe(from blackmart).

Hmm, I didn't try with Navigon, but on P4500 from my friend, I've instaled "old" version of Primo (9.6.7... thin 1.3) without any problems.
