Igo turns black when voice direction speaks..help!
Hello, I am new in this.
I have my iGO Primo GPS version 9.6.29.625822 for my car unit android lollipop 5.1.1 (Eonon car unit). The GPS works fine but there is a problem, everytime that the GPS voice speaks turns/miles/intersections,etc, the screen/image of the route turns black, and when it finishes, the screen came back showing the route normaly.Has anybody here had the same problem before? if so, is there any solution for this?
please your help will be very appreciated.

If you are using also .ftr files (inside MAP folder) than you should try without them and try again.

Thanks Janch. Actually, I went into the map files and erased the .ftr files then, I installed Igo again into the unit, run the gps simulation and worked nice! I haven't used going to some place yet 'cause the weather but I will once I can. I am sure it will be fine. Thank you again!
