Hi Nickmac, and welcome to forum.
Nobody can see with what you've been messing all day, don't know anything about your HU, and what you've made running.
First, at least, read [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
and [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
And then explain your problem and ask question that could be understood and answered.
Moved to correct section

Nickmac
Primo needs poi files in order to find things like fuel stations, wallmart, etc
Your Primo has these files?

Did you activate them?
Go to Settings/Mapsettings/Placemarkers
Thick the boxes near the preferred items.

And post #6.
Make a little effort, read the more material on this forum. It has been said many times already, only the majority of the newcomers hate to read.
We do not want to waste time speculating. We are here to help and solve the problem if it really exists.
