Hizpo 8222L android version 10. igo primo not working. User interface (1024x545) not supported.

Good morning everyone,
I need your help making navigation on my Android car stereo work. I will attach the information about my car stereo with this message. The stereo did not come with any navigation software. when I installed the software sent to me by the seller of my head unit. It say USER INTERFACE ( 1024X545 ) resolution not supported or compatible skin can not be found.
I had read and tried many suggestion on this forum but I can not still get it to work.
Right now, after I re install the iGO PRIMO software following the instructions from this forum, iGO installed , no error message, I can hear the clicking sound whenever I touched the screen and sometime sounds like , GPS signal lost BUT I HAVE NO IMAGES ON THE SCREEN, THE SCREEN IS BLANK AND THE IGO SOFTWARE WORKING IN THE BACKGROUND WITH NO IMAGES SHOWING ON THE SCREEN.
PLEASE, ANYONE READING THIS, PLEASE , I NEED YOUR HELP. Any help with be greatly appreciated. I had attached to this message all images and informations from my car stereo.
