Ahah. Yes. You are using skin. You added files from pongo skin. Wrong topic
I can not determine the exact suspect. Because files change too often and adapt to newer systems.
Probably some very old package would work "out of the box"...

    Use default UX package

    nextgen iGO_PAL_9.18.27.719974 & HERE Europe 2019.Q4 on Nexus 7 (2012)

Used the second link (ONLY app & data.zip & ux) from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and HERE Europe 2019.Q4 content.
Now it's stuck to a black screen, no errors showed, not even Android standard's error message that application is not responding and asking to exit

Shall I try to use [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] instead?

    Why second?
Internal memory, clear save, default ux and sys file, latest global cfg, standard voice, must work.
Browse Forum and read, you lack basic knowledge, nhf.

After the basic (successful) setup, you can experiment, add, change ...

    nextgen iGO_PAL_9.18.27.719974 on Nexus 7 (2012)

Unfortunately, it doesn't start, even I tried different basic packages/settings. On an even older tablet Evolio EvoTab Fun it starts flawless, so it's something related to Nexus 7, I guess.
Only package found for Nexus 7 (2012) I found is an iGo Primo package.
I'm trying to install iGo LUNA package, maybe I will have more luck installing it on this tablet, since I can't run none of the Nextgen packages

Later Edit: Sorry! My mistake! I mean all iGO_PAL_9.18.27.719974 packages.

A long time ago I installed nextgen on that tablet without any problems.
Either you make an identical mistake with all the installations, or something is wrong with it.

Here's what Boki is talking about -> [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
The original package (sys.txt, ux and data.zip) from Pongo.
First install it on your device's internal memory without making any changes to the original package.
    Then do several tests.

    nextgen iGO_PAL_9.18.27.719974 & HERE Europe 2019.Q4 on Nexus 7 (2012)

I removed everything and installed vanilla version of iGO_PAL_9.18.27.719974 with content from HERE Europe 2019.Q4 on that Nexus 7 (2012).
Still cannot launch the app. It stays with a black screen over bight and nothing happens.

Did you do all the installation (data.zip, ux, sys.txt and apk) on your device's internal memory ?
It is also important to have the most recent global_cfg file.

    @mikaaa

The ski.zip plug is responsible for this

@jorgeultra: did that. Nexus 7 (2012) doesn't have a card slot, only internal memory. Regarding global_cfg.zip version is 775014, and I think it's recent enough.
    Can't figure out what's wrong
