help Auto track logging for "Nextgen"

I'm using Nextgen 9.18. In "Trip Monitor" I have both "Enable Auto-Saving" and "Save Track Log" turned on, the "Trip database size" is not 0, but in the bottom right corner the arrow is grayed out and I can not extract the logs. Any ideas?

Device: Noname PX6 SoC Android 10 head unit
Software: iGO Nextgen 9.18.27.687519 on external SD
    Skin: pongo / 2017-01-22

That device certainly doesn't have android 10, fake build as many times mentioned...But never mind. Androids above version 6 have strict restrictions.
The basic rule in such cases - put the software in the internal memory. You must check absolutely all system permissions.
This has already been discussed many times.

So when you exclude all system limitations as the cause, see the software behavior.

Regardless of the Android version what kind of system restrictions are you talking about? The number that shows the database size increases so I guess that means that the app has write access to the memory card.
And anyway, regardless the permissions why is the button grayed out? Shouldn't I have access to the menu even if the app was not able to write any data on the SD card?

I'm just saying what all should pay attention. Paths may be inadequate also...
Which functions call which parts of the software ...
Just - try it, then let's see the result. And then it might become a question for connoisseurs of Pongo skins.

How can I move the app to the internal memory? Should I install it from scratch?

    Of course.
In order not to lose map data, move the entire folder to the internal memory (using some proper file manager). If you have a lot of map content, it can stay on the card, according to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
Save favorites if you have and need them (and/or some other user data).
Then uninstall app by the book (force stop > clear cache > clear data > uninstall), reboot device then then install it again. Setup map path in sys if needed, and that's it.

    @Boki_Srb

Fortunately no need to do anything. I found out were the extraction menu is.
In "Settings" > "Trip Monitor" the menu button is grayed out. I installed [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and there is no button at all in the same location.
In "Useful information" > "Trip Monitor" the same menu button is active and there is an option to extract the logs!
