    The message doesn't matter - it's generic. The software works.
    It is possible that you missed something in the setup, maybe you did not assign all the permits..sometimes you just need to run iGO multiple times.

    Hello. I have a big problem.

    I try install the Navon Platinum 10 tablet this iGO Gift, and i have an error message:

    "Missing or bad folder: /data/data/com.nng.igoprimoisr2013march24.javaclient/sys.txt (Permission denied)"

    How I can fixing this?

    If i press "OK", the iGO has been starting, but every run, the program show the first run wizard screen.

    i am using it since 2 years and it worked perfectly on almost every phone i throw it on, until recently it crashes on phones with resolutions 1080x2400. it crashed on oneplus 8 and vivo v20se. looking for help.

    It has nothing to do with the resolution but with the android version, permissions, system restrictions, google play protect, system cleaners, etc.
    In short - only with phone system settings.
