You need proper licences. Very few of them for WinCE.

With Tom Tom maps Q1_2017 for me work well...
No problem.
Rather, does anyone know if you can use the .FDA files of the Here Q1 2017 maps (with their license) along with this TomTom Q1 2017?
This is because TomTom has long since not released .FDA files ...
I use Nextgen WinCE v. 9.19.5.653580

and related license file?
TomTom maps for some time does not release these 2 files, useful for Italy.

I tried, but with Nextgen WinCe 9.19.5.653580 do not activate, the right license is missing.
Do you have licenses for these 2 files?
They recall S.Marino Q3 2011, City of the Vatican 2010-11.
Do not activate with my licenses ...

I find the 2 right licenses for SMR and VAT .3dc above.
They now activate correctly with my Nextgen WinCE.
