iGO Basar 9.18.27.734842 - 16.may.2018.

Is it possible that with iGO Basar 9.18.27.734842 - 16.may.2018 the weather service do not work?

I tested this version with pongo skin - clean fresh install - and app shows "weather service not avaialble for this country"
Only changed apk, nothing else.

The weather works well with the ux: weather_ng_pongo.zip contained in the Skin Pongo and that uses Apk Weather NextGen of Neoss75[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

A little research on the forum and you will find your happiness.

I use the same configuration as with PAL apk and there is all running fine. No need to change weather apk or someting else. But never mind. All fine and thx for your suggestion.

I also use the Skin Pongo, in the ux folder I see the file weather_ng_pongo.zip― instead of weather_ng_pongo.zip

Does the ― behind .zip mean anything ?

Effectively by default the UX: weather_ng_pongo.zip --- presents itself with the 3 lines in this case it is inactive. To activate it must be renamed to weather_ng_pongo.zip.

This is valid for all UX that can be activated or deactivated.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Hi LouBouha,

Well, I have weather_ng_pongo.zip with the lines after zip but the weather icon on the screen is working and when I tab the icon the weather at the cursor location is correct, also
when I plan a route the weather at the destination is also displayed.
So, maybe it's for something else ? I don't have a weather shortcut as in the link in your post.

Rename the file. Delete those 3 lines

In the Skin Pongo the weather can be managed by two UX:

1 / Either weather_ng_pongo.zip (off by default) that works with Weather NextGen Apk Of Neoss75 and has the advantage of changing the sky depending on the temperature (not always obvious).

2 / Or weather.zip (active by default) that works independently

So to have a weather displayed on the Cockpit, whether you have one or the other active and functional.

The last factor that also comes up is which version of IGO you are using and it allows the launch of external program for the first case.

For some reason when I install it on Samsung 7 there is no voice guidance nor the application makes any sound at all. Everything else works just great, any ideas?
