I could not ignore anything in program code (as serious programmer).
If You could be so kind to post two files with difference only in code that changes behavior, then maybe I'll have enough time to try to look for a solution.
I do not have time to do searching for a same function in two totally different files and do analyzing if something is affecting final result or not.

P.S.
I was in hospital for some time and was not able to answer this.

i did attach the two different skin files one each so they both different, one shows the lower and one shows the increase.

The line of code in customised.lua in each skin is:

Increased skin: Starts Line 2005
Lowered Skin: Starts Line 2074

And test.

It displays the increase in speed visually but it does not show the decrease in speed limit visually at all
this is the problem I am having, one works but the other does not

anyone been able to look at this?
