danger Kenwood DNX 690HD - Garmin Navigator Issue White Screen (blank)

    Hello everyone!
I have in my hands a Kenwood DNX 690HD with the latest firmware installed (1.10.0).
There is no SD card attached.
When you press the "NAV" button, a white screen appears with an appended "Warning" inscription (I do not know if the white screen is the first screen that allways shows the Garmin navigator when starting, but it appears without the graphic and the own font of garmin. As if it were missing graphics I guess.
The navigator does not appear with the Garmin main menu.

I tried to reinstall the latest firmware downloaded from the kenwood website but never enabled the "Update" button, even putting it on standby.
I tried to place the new maps inside an sd card with the Garmin / gmapsupp.img way, but nothing happened.

Do you have any idea about why it may be failing?
    Thank you very much!

    Guide

Bought this model $120 Kenwood-DNX5350DAB-GPS so hoping to see if inside usb can be copied over to repair the corrupt files on other stereo usb that is corrupt

    UPDATE
Pulled out original unit with white screen
Went inside pulled internal micro USB
Copied all files on card to directory on C: took a few tries base map and the xml file hung till down a scan of drive fixed problem
Re formatted the usb copy files back
    Card back re assemble
    Power up
    WORKED
Now have 2020 Garmin AU map
Removed it and installed the DNX5350DAB
It is a working unit with latest map
    Very happy

Do you have a backup of the internal microsd card to share? I am facin the exact same problem. The internal card file system got damaged and only a format got it back, but now I have two partitions. One with 4 files inside a Garmin folder, and another empty one. MY radio is also a DNX690HD

    @Vasconia
In case you didn't solve your problem, or if anybody else experiences the same white screen with WARNING! issue on this or other Kenwoods with internal microSD card. I can asisst with reviving the unit. I have gathered this surfing this and many other forums and know exactly how to get the radio back in full working order. Just comment or send me a PM.

    Regards!
