I have tested your interface on Mio C720. Generally works fine for me. Thank you for it.
There is only one problem with iGO 8.3.5 on SD card and your shell, but maybe it has nothing to do with your interface:
- If iGo 8.3.5 is opened and if I press shortly the “shut off” button, which behaves as a “standby” and then I start again, let’s say after some seconds, then the iG0 8.3.5 restarts from beginning.
Sometimes it starts from "Cserrobi" menu and sometimes from its own menu and sometimes a total reboot.
That is not normal.
- What kind of settings should be changed/altered in order to avoid that re-set when wakes up from standby?
Did you not read what I wrote about the "sleep" issue? You can't do anything. I have a MIO for years [use my Android phone now] so I know what I'm talking about.
No, I am sorry I did not read.
Where exactly was that explanation given? I would like to read about it.
Do you mean it has nothing to do with the shell interface? If I use MioPocket or another shell will happen the same? Even if I start everything from SD card without and shell interface installed on Mio flash?
There is not setting that can be changed somewhere?
I just noticed the wake up from sleep error happens also when I am inside the Mio Map 3.3 if I started from "Cserrobi" interface.
