help I need help with my China radio

Preemptive apology if this is the wrong section in the forum.

I would like to automatically update my "WinCE" radio via the SD card using the "Toolbox" from naviextras.com, but every time I try, I get the message: "Connect your navigation device to your brand new car and switch the ignition on." However, when I connect it, nothing happens. Any ideas? I also don't know the brand of the radio because it's not listed anywhere.

Chinese radio and Naviextras hardly have anything to do with Navigon
Besides, since the company no longer exists, you can't hope for anything, legal updates even less

What exact device do you have?
There must be an info somewhere in the settings of the device, its software ... and last look at the sticker on it
You can post the device picture, and you can also post screenshots of the contents of the SD card

If it is "pure Chinese" without any software, you are looking in the wrong place/section
If you didn't know where to ask, then you should (read and) post in the general section:

    Spoiler: obs
Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
