    As this file should not be over 2 MB (compresses with RAR), you can add attachment ("Go Advanced" -> "Manage Attachments) and upload file.

    I have downloaded waypoints with csv files , bmp files and mp3 files (Red lights, speedcams etc.). How do I get them on to my Nuvi 1300??

    you need to download poi loader from garmin's website and then use that to upload these files into your gps
