Probably I am the most stupidiest person on this forum, but I cannot get the map I want (which is Turkey, because I need it for vacation) being displayed.

I installed the .apk without issues, uploaded "com.tomtom.turkey" to sdcard0 (my device, which is a Xiaomi Note Pro, does not use an external sdcard) and as soon as I run the app "TomTom - Turkey" after installation, it loads the app, however I only get a black screen with a small blue bar at the bottom (I think the map is not being displayed or loaded). If I click on the black screen I get the "normal" TomTom options, like "Drive to", "Change route", "Show map", etc. All of those work, but if I click on "Show map" I get the black screen with blue bar again.

Things I have tried so far (if I remember correctly):

- placed com.tomtom.turkey in /sdcard0/
- placed com.tomtom.turkey in /sdcard0/Android/data/
- also tried the following mentioned in this [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

So probably I am just stupid, but I cannot get it to work for some reason. Sigh.
Please tell me what I am doing wrong. And yes, I did read this complete thread (or at least most of it) and also did several searches on the forum, but no luck.

My phone, as mentioned a Xiaomi Note Pro, runs on Android version 5.0.2 has 1440x2560 resolution (or vice versa ofcourse).

Well I found this [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and apparently the resolution of my phone is the problem. So I followed the information posted by QUIN1965 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. I installed the app for changing the resolution, gave it root access and changed the resolution, however it still keeps the old resolution (in other words; it doesn't change at all)...

1440x2560 or 2560x1440 is not supported
max resolution supported must be 1920x1200

don't know if this is the correct topic for my question but let's try.

I'm using tomtom version 1.4, with the Europe 950.6558 map.
The Dutch computervoice Xander is included with the map, but I can't choose it in the app, it's missing from the list.
There are only 2 computervoices visible in the app: serena and sangeeta. In the VAutoTTS folder there are many more present.

In tomtom 1.3 I would get a warning sound if I was nearby a speedcam. I cannot find this option anywhere in 1.4. Is it still possible somehow?

Just downloaded Europe 955.6746 and activated it with FastActivate using the AABH8AACSW device ID and it doesn't seem to be working with this .apk. I still have Europe 9.50.6492 and this works fine. If I try to use the 9.55.6746 map I get the error saying 'Problem with map. You cannot use this map on this device: Europe-100455'

Anyone tried any other 955 maps?

Where you get this ID from? None of the Android maps ID matches it

PS Try SHWAN's shared ID for Europe.apk

Europe East 955 6746 working OK. Just input meta code.
