TTS voice is matter of system, not app. This modified application can use system voice.
But I don't know if it has support for Hebrew. I doubt it, since a certain group of users voluntarily did translations for all unsupported languages, and we had no one from that area.

NDS Mod
I am working on a MOD for this app. Release due in a weeks time
What features would you like to see ...
Currently under testing:
- increase POI on map to 9
- Add option to import/export routes
- increase Max alternative routes to 6
- Add option to import OV2 files
- use platform TTS instead of tomtom voices
- Add frequesnt destinations menu

I got no updates anymore.
But i have installed this MOD version and then installed tha latam version. now i have the danger zone an updates on my rooted phone and rooted head unit in my car.

None of these GPS app work well with a car head units
They are not even supported by TomTom.
They are made for Smartphones.
Yes some users have gotten one of the GPS apps to work on a car head unit but in most cases it is not stable.
Go over to the TomTom forum and you can read it for yourself.
As for updates you will have to use the non patched version of TOMTOM NDS and be done with it.
Plus drop the BS about Twitter you have stated there are no updates to maps with the MOD version.
I think it is time to move on......
PS:
You can use TOMTOM NDS and link it to your Head Units too.
With the correct software. (using SmartDeviceLink (SDL) technology)

I used this version on my Dasaita head unit with 10,1 inch display for a long time now and never had any problems with it atm it is on Android 10. Drove thousands of km/miles everything working nicely .
Also latam version is working 100% on my head unit.
